Starting a new medicine for a complex or chronic health condition can sometimes be overwhelming. Capital Chemist O'Connor are pleased to help support patients with the launch of New Medicine Service (NMS).

As part of the service, our pharmacists will support patients on new medicines as they start, and over the first few weeks to ensure our patients are supported to use the medicine safely and to best effect.

Discussions will take pace in a private consultation area and should only take 10 minutes or so. The service is free.

Depending upon the medicine, we might contact patients after a couple of weeks as part of our effort to look after our community.
