  • Use only as directed
  • Stool softener laxatives with senna can sometimes cause abdominal discomfort such as colic or cramps
  • Pronged use or overdose may lead to diarrhoea.
    Docusate Sodium 50mg and Total Sennosides (calculated as Sennosides B) 8mg.
    Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 to 2 tablets with a glass of water at night before retiring
  • Use up to four tablets daily if required
  • The correct dosage is one that gives a comfortable bowel motion
  • For most people, one or two tablets provide a comfortable movement in the morning
  • For others the dose may be increased by one tablet daily (noting that the total daily dose should not exceed 4 tablets) until a satisfactory response is obtained.
