    ACTIVE INGREDIENTS (per 5.24 g sachet): Glucose 2.91g Citric acid 880 mg Sodium from Sodium chloride 205 mg Potassium from Potassium citrate 159 mg Contains 159 mg of potassium per 200 mL dose
  • Contains 205 mg of sodium per 200 mL dose
  • Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 4.1g
  • Contains: Sugars, sucralose
  • No added gluten, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives
  • Store below 30°C.
    Fill mug with 200mL of boiled drinking water
  • Do not use any liquid other than water
  • For infants and children under 12 years, use lukewarm water
  • Empty contents of one sachet into the mug and stir until the Hydralyte powder has dissolved
  • Once cooled to the appropriate temperature, serve immediately
  • Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist
  • Discard any unused solution.
