2. Can I return a product that I bought online at a physical store?
Please refer to our full Returns Policy. for product return details. Yes, you can return a product bought online, however it must be the same pharmacy that you bought your online purchase from (pharmacy store details will be displayed on the confirmation email you receive when placing the order).
3. Do I need to pay for returns?
For product returns, you will be required to send or drop off the goods back to the same pharmacy from which you purchased them. The same Returns Policy applies as if you had purchased the products in store. For a 'change of mind ', you will need to pay the return postage to send the item/s back to the pharmacy. If the product is damaged when it gets to you (within their statutory rights) then the pharmacy will refund the price of the postage.
