1. I’m already a Loyalty Matters member how do I sign in?
As a first time user, select LOGIN and enter your email address and your Loyalty Matters membership number located on the back of your Loyalty Matters membership card.
2. How do I update my personal details?
Log in to My Account and then choose the Contact Details tab. Here you will be able to update your details.
3. I want to update my personal details but it wont let me change anything?
Due to the link with your customer account at store level you will need to contact your local Capital Chemist Pharmacy to update your details.
4. I've forgot my password, what do I do?
If you've forgotten your password, simply enter your email address and press the Forgotten your password link on the Login page and follow the directions.
