Returns & Exchange Policy – in store purchases

Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act, and similar state/territory laws.

If you change your mind, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products, at the store of purchase, within 7 days of your purchase, provided that:

  • You have proof of purchase/receipt
  • The product and packaging is in its original condition
  • The product is in a re-saleable condition
  • The product has not been used or damaged.

Certain products are unable to be returned, refunded or exchanged, unless subject to a consumer-level recall by a federal, state or territory government department or agency. Except when subject to recall, refunds or exchanges may not be provided for:

  • Prescription, Pharmacist Only and Pharmacy Only Medicines
  • Other items of a medicinal nature
  • Vitamins and Supplements
  • Baby/Infant Formula
  • Consumable items (such as food), and
  • Items of a personal nature including (but not limited to) CPAP masks, compression hosiery, made to measure braces.

In the case of a consumer-level recall we will follow the instructions of the relevant agency (which are usually developed in conjunction with the manufacturer).

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law including that the products will be:

  • of acceptable quality
  • fit for purpose
  • safe to use, or
  • match the description or sample.

If the product you have purchased does not comply with any Consumer Guarantees, you can choose a refund or exchange.

You will need to provide proof of purchase to receive a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
