    1 to 3 months average weight 4 to 6 kg 0.6ml to 0.9ml Ages 3 - 6 months give 0.9ml to 1.2ml (average weight 6 to 8 kg)
  • Ages 6 - 12 months average weight 8 to 10 kg give 1.2ml to 1.5ml
  • Ages 1- 2 years old average weight 10 to 12 kg give 1.5ml to 1.8ml.
