    Wheat dextrin Gluten-free (less than 20 ppm gluten)
    Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber® into 4-8 oz of beverage or soft food (hot or cold)
  • Stir well until dissolved (up to 60 seconds)
  • Not recommended for carbonated beverages
  • Ages 12 years and above 2 teaspoons 3 times daily
  • Ages 6 to 11 years 1 teaspoon 3 times daily
