2.   Can I pay for my online order in store when I pick it up?

No, payment must be completed through the website prior to picking up your order in store.

3.   Is there a credit card fee when paying by credit card?

No, you will not be charged a credit card fee when paying by credit card.

4.   If I use a credit card to purchase online, can anyone else obtain my credit card details?

No. Our online payment providers (eWAY) use industry best practise fraud prevention and security tools to ensure your credit card details are safe and secure.

5.   What is the CCV on a credit/debit card?

It is the 3 digit code located on the back of your credit card, above the signature box and next to the 16 digit credit card number.

6.   Do you accept American Express or Diners cards?

No, unfortunately we do not accept American Express or Diners cards, but we do accept Visa & MasterCard.
