1. Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum order amount.

2. How do I cancel an order?

The best way to cancel an order is to call the pharmacy to which you made the order with (pharmacy store details will be displayed on the confirmation email you receive when placing the order). You must remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched the same or next business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

3. How do I change an order?

The best way to amend an order is to call the pharmacy to which you made the order with (pharmacy store details will be displayed on the confirmation email you receive when placing the order). You must remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched the same or next business day. Unfortunately, orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

4. How can I track the progress of my order?

You will be updated on the status of your order via regular emails.

5. How will I know if my online order has been completed successfully?

You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as you finish the checkout process. If you don't receive an email or if you are unsure whether your order was successful, please contact your local Capital Chemist Pharmacy.

6. Why was my order cancelled?

Your order will never be cancelled without an attempt to contact you first. There are a few reasons why your order may be cancelled. Examples include: out of stock, unanswered phone calls during our verification checks with you, failure to collect your parcel(s), etc. Please contact the Capital Chemist Pharmacy you placed your order with for more information.

7. I've received my order but an item is missing?

If you have missing items from your delivery, you should contact your local Capital Chemist Pharmacy within 24 hours of the delivery time and they will take steps to verify and confirm any such missing items. Once they have checked this, they will (at your option):

(i) provide you with a credit for the product(s) that were charged but not delivered to you; or

(ii) arrange for a re-delivery of the missing item at an agreed time; or

(iii) arrange for you to pick up the missing item in store at an agreed time.

8. How will this transaction show up on my credit card statement?

This transaction will appear on your credit card from your purchasing pharmacy e.g. Capital Chemist Kingston processed by EWAY.

9. Is my order confidential?

All information collected by Capital Chemist Pharmacies is strictly confidential. We do not provide this information to any other party for any purposes. In addition, all Capital Chemist Pharmacy staff are legally bound by conditions of employment to the confidentiality of your purchases and personal details. As another measure of security, all orders will be packed in unbranded packaging.

10. What happens if I chose pick up in store but I can't get there for a few days?

This isn't a problem. Call the Pharmacy directly and let them know.
