2. What happens if I am not home when a delivery arrives?

If you are not home, a card will be left in your mailbox and you can contact the courier to arrange an alternate delivery time or address.

Alternatively you can arrange to pick up your order in store rather than having it home-delivered.

4. Can I change my click & collect order to home delivery, or vice versa?

Yes, you will need to call the pharmacy you have placed your order with as soon as possible, quote your order number and advise the staff of your request. If you are choosing to change your pick-up order to postage, you will need to pay the $15 postage charge via credit card over the phone. If you are changing your postage order to click & collect, the store will refund the postage fee paid.

We utilise the services of Australia post and at time various courier companies.

Your select Capital Chemist Pharmacy may also deliver the parcel themselves in order to get it to you quickly.

6. Can orders be shipped overseas?

No, overseas shipping is not available.

7. Do you offer free delivery for spending over a certain amount?

Yes, we offer free delivery on any single purchase over $150, delivered anywhere in Australia.

8. Are large items such as nappies available for delivery?

Large items such as nappies can be purchased online, however they are available for click & collect in store only.

9. Are refrigerated items available for delivery?

Refrigerated items can be purchased online, however they are available for Click & Collect in store only.
